Itinerary in brief

Day 1 - Arrival at Kota Kinabalu: Ancient peek of the Modern City
Arrival at Kota Kinabalu: Ancient peek of the Modern City. Check-in to the hotel and explore the ancient Borneo at leisure. Taste the Sabahan delicacies of every ethnic group traditionally bamboo cooked. Enjoy the cultural show performance by the tribes culminating in a delectable authentic dinner.
Day 2 - Jambatan Tamparuli: Bridges and Skytops
Walk across the famous “Jambatan Tamparuli” bridge. Drive through the countryside to the World Heritage Site of the Kinabalu National Park having a panoramic view of the sky touching Mount Kinabalu. Experience 41m high Canopy Walkway, Poring Hot Springs, and a natural health spa set amidst the tropical rainforest.
Day 3 - Kinabatangan River: Wildlife Getaway
Drive down to the luxury rainforest Lodge in Sandakan along the Kinabatangan River. Hop on to the boat for a mystical river cruise to spot the famous Borneo Pygmy Elephants, orangutans, Proboscis Monkeys and other wildlife – your first taste of the wilderness of Borneo.
Day 4 - Jungles of Borneo: River Cruise
Soak in the wild jungles of Borneo. With gibbons and hornbills call of awakening, head out on a river cruise up the Kinabatangan River and Ox-Bow Lake for astounding bird watching and wildlife exploration.
Day 5 - Sabah: Explore Forest Reserves and Caves
Depart for the famous caves of Gomantong forest reserve. Visit the largest bird’s nest cave in Sabah, home to millions of bats and swiftlets. Make your way to the first Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in the Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve. Head to Sandakan Airport for the flight back to Kota Kinabalu.
Day 6 - Borneo Reef World: Experience Marine Life
Go for boating to the “Borneo Reef World”, the largest reef activity pontoon in South East Asia. Experience snorkeling among the coral reefs, tour the unique Underwater Observatory. Enjoy the scenic view of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. Laze around the white sandy beaches of Sapi Island for some sun-bathing and a short forest walk.
Day 7 - Departure: Adios Borneo
Bid farewell to Borneo and get transferred to Kota Kinabalu International Airport for the flight back to home.
